Through our partnership with Trilogy Care, an approved Support at Home provider, you can access quality care services while maintaining choice, independence, and control over your support arrangements. Trilogy Care manages your funding and package administration, while Diligent Care Services delivers the day-to-day care and support you rely on.

Our approach allows more of your funding to be directed toward the services you need, helping you maximise your available care hours and continue living safely and independently at home.

Services available include: Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Nursing Support, Social Support, Transport Assistance, Home and Garden Maintenance, Meal Preparation.
