The NDIS assistance to access employment and higher education, also known as employment support empowers you to support yourself. Transitioning from school into work requires an understanding of how the employment world operates. This can mean different things for different people with different skill sets. NDIS employment assistance supports you to identify your desired field of work, and to how best you want to be prepared for the requirements for that specific field.

With our participatory approach to service provision, Diligent Care Services and support from its NDIS-trained workers, you can assist you as you navigate the professional world to create new opportunities for yourself.

This is a workplace assistance designed to help you as individual and/or groups of individuals seek and find jobs.Professional networks are used to locate and communicate with employers. Once you obtain the job, Our Assist Access/Maintain Employ service will help you and other employees with the same serviceslike you keep their jobs. Even if you secured your job before becoming NDIS participant, you will still have these services available for you to access.

The employment support will also help you develop critical skills necessary for you to thrive in the modern economy— These include resume/CV writing and interview skills, among others; set your employment/career objectives and work toward accomplishing them.
